Dr. Hayes has been practicing in the Fredericksburg area since 2003. She received her doctorate in Optometry from State University of New York and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Fordham University, Bronx, New York.

Dr. Hayes is fluent in Spanish and specializes in general eye care, contact lens fitting, and the management of eye diseases. She also provides postoperative cataract surgery care.
