Born and raised in Poland, Dr. Wolanska is an internist who was recruited by Mary Washington Hospital to practice in the Fredericksburg region. Originally trained in Ophthalmology, she completed a residency in Internal Medicine at SUNY-Buffalo and is currently practicing as a Board Certified primary care physician with Colonial Internal Medicine Associates in Fredericksburg.

She enjoys working closely with her patients in a setting where she can devote more time getting to know the families and patients who see her for routine visits or for diagnosis and treatment advice for health problems. She has special interests in preventive medicine, diabetes and hypertension. Named a Top Doctor by Northern VA Magazine, she also works with Mary Washington hospital to promote prevention of cardiovascular disease in women.

Dr. Wolanska lives in Stafford County and enjoys playing tennis and line dancing.
