Kenneth Williamson
Principal
Kenneth has been a construction professional for 24 years, working on both sides of the development table. He began his career working for a large, nationwide general contractor, first in Pre-Construction and Estimating, then in the field as a Superintendent, and finally, in a role as a Project Manager. Having caught the attention of one of his clients, Kenneth had the chance to transition to the owner’s side of the table, and he moved to McDonald’s Corporate as a Construction Manager. After 5 years on the owner’s side, Kenneth rejoined that same nationwide general contractor, where he was named their first Sr. Project Manager. Over the next five years, Kenneth continued to grow, managing all Design Build projects and building a training and mentorship program, designed to develop the next crop of construction professionals. In 2013, Kenneth moved to Links, where his combined expertise made him an intuitive fit. Having been both a contractor and an owner’s rep, Kenneth really helps our team “link” construction with development.
Within the office, Kenneth is best known for driving the Links culture. Whether he’s giving someone a pat on the back or smoking a couple of briskets for the team, Kenneth is a really big part of the reason Links is such a special place. In his free time, Kenneth enjoys the outdoors, including hunting and fishing, training bird dogs and supporting local causes and events. He is a graduate of Kilgore College, and is the proud father of two: Kyle and Emily.
